Jr. Swim Team
Length: 45 minutes
Ages: 6 years + , must be Green Level or higher
Our Jr. Swim Team is the perfect bridge between swim lessons and competitive club swimming—without the pressure of jumping straight onto a big team.
Swimmers meet 1–2 times per week for 45 minutes and build the skills they’ll need to confidently transition to a local club team, including:
- Circle swimming & lane etiquette
- Flip turns & starts
- Dives & streamlines
- I.M. foundations
- Relays & teamwork
- Swim team drills, endurance & technique—and more!
Our goal? Build the foundation before you hit the big team, so your swimmer arrives confident, prepared, and ready to participate—not wondering what everyone else already knows.
Think of it as Swim Team 101—with less pressure, smaller groups, and lots of skill-building!
